Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle (various vehicle types needed)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of Austin area streets and highways
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds
- Smartphone with data plan for delivery coordination
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Customer Service Representative
Join our dispatch team and help coordinate deliveries while providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you'll be the vital link between our clients and drivers.

- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Process orders and maintain accurate records
